Urban Economics+Spatial Big Data Lab
Urban Economics and Spatial Big Data Lab aims to understand complex urban spatial structure with urban economic perspectives. Our research areas include real estate market analysis, land use and transportation, urban spatial structure, economic development, environment, and happiness. Particularly, we deal with a variety of urban issues, such as housing prices and housing policy, public housing, transit-oriented development, gentrification, urban regeneration projects, air pollution, congestion, and spatial inequality. We analyze all the urban issues with urban and real estate spatial big data and geographical information system (GIS) as well as spatial econometric models.
